We got too close to the flame

I was listening the soundtrack of The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug -movie and, for some reason, they(or especially the song called 'I See Fire' by Ed Sheeran) reminded me of the Ginga-series. So of course, i wanted to draw fan art. 

It's Kurojaki, apparently burning alive with his dear scythe and some other Kouga dogs.

I don't think that this comes as a surprise to anyone, but i appreciate the Ginga series a lot! I'm one of those Finnish folks who've watched GNG ever since they were just little kids. I'm still in love with the story and the characters are very dear and nostalgic to me. 

I'm hopeless at drawing fan art, by the way! I like to doodle cartoon characters sometimes, but everytime i try to draw a proper picture, i... i just can't. I become very critical about the anatomy and i'll just give up after two or three hours. So i'm both surprised and happy that i got this finished, ha.
